Louisvillians convene annually for this fundraiser and workout in one, where teams raise money to climb the 40 floors at National City Tower. This year, $92,770.50 was raised to benefit the American Lung Association and spread awareness of the importance of healthy air and lungs.
TKYers joined team View from the Top, which finished in the top ten for funds raised, with $2,240.55, and was the fastest Friends and Family team to reach the fortieth floor. TKY third-year middle school teacher, Lily Nienstedt, and board member, John Russ, placed first in their respective age groups. TKY participants enjoyed the opportunity to spend time having fun with their friends while supporting a great cause.
